Getting back on track can be a fickle process
Especially when you are in the midst of a stall or have regained some or a majority of your weight.

Gingery Pear Smoothie Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1 cup fresh spinach
1 heaping cup diced frozen pears
1/2 cup greek yogurt or 1/4 cup Kefir
1/2 teaspoon ginger root, peeled
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
DIRECTIONS
BLEND & SERVE
Place all ingredients in a blender on high until smooth. Serve.
*If dairy intolerant use coconut or almond milk yogurt.
