Getting back on track doesn’t have to be complicated
Research shows that 60-70% of all weight loss surgery patients regain weight after the “Honey Moon” phase of weight loss ends. When this happens, many weight loss surgery patients return to a liquid diet (or more commonly known as a “pouch reset”) in hopes to get themselves back on track. While these meal plans can produce short term results, they are not a long term solution.
