Delicious Crispy Pizza crust

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Arrowroot starch
2/3 cup Almond Flour
2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 egg
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
1/4 cup warm water
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

DIRECTIONS

 


BAKE AND ADD TOPPINGS

 Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper.  Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl.  Then in a liquid measuring cup combine all the liquid ingredients and whisk until combined.  Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir to create a soft dough.  Press the dough into a circle and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.  Add your toppings then Broil for 3-5 minutes to melt toppings make the crust extra crispy.  Enjoy!
