INGREDIENTS
3 ripe avocados, halved, seeded & peeled
1 lime, juiced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
DIRECTIONS
Combine
In a large bowl place the scooped avocado pulp and juice from one lime, toss to coat. Add the salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper and mash together using a potato masher. Then fold in the chopped onion, garlic, tomatoes, and cilantro.
*Serve with fresh sweet peppers, cucumber, carrots, celery, broccoli or cauliflower.
