2-4 cups of any packaged mixed greens
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dijon mustard

Place salad greens in a bowl. In a jar mix olive oil, lemon juice and Dijon mustard, shake well and pour over salad greens tossing well to combine.
